We greatly enjoyed our rooms, especially for my wife's cosmetics. The microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and refrigerator were very handy. This quiet little hotel in a central location in a rural area was absolutely great.

Breakfast was wonderful variety, and hot. Lobby area pretty for waiting and comfortable. Cookies and coffee awesome!!!! Staff very friendly and helpful.

At end of stay...seemed like alot of money for 3 nights.

Our room was so cozy and had a big king bed and a sofa sleeper, which was a nice surprise. The location was great, right in the middle of a peaceful rural area. 🌳

The staff here were super friendly and accommodating 😊. The breakfast spread had a bit of everything - cereals, pastries, yogurt, and fresh fruit.

The room service was exceptional. The room itself was comfortable and clean. Chose this hotel because it had free breakfast, a pool, hot tub, microwave in room, and fridge in room. We would definitely stay here again.

The room felt humid all the time. (Our room was right next to the pool.) We noticed a button on the A/C labeled "DRY", so we pushed it and turned the temp on the A/C down to 68. This seemed to help the room feel drier the second night. The pool and the hot tub was NICE, but the bottom of the pool is a weird color, which makes it look like algae is growing on the bottom (but it is NOT). It's just faded paint.

It has quiet location in Grinnell very close to college town, and restaurants and walmart. The rooms are great-sized for my wife's cosmetics, so that guests have essentials. A microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines and a fridge are a nice touch.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with soft and cozy linens. The shower had excellent pressure and hot water. The location felt safe for solo travelers and was convenient for visiting Grinnell College.
